Gundu Hanumantha Rao Is No More

Veteran Comedy Actor Gundu Hanumantha Rao passed away early this morning. His health deteriorated at his SR Nagar Residence and was immediately shifted to a private hospital in Erragadda. He was declared brought dead by the doctors. He is suffering from Kidney Ailment for a long time.

Megastar Chiranjeevi and Telangana government through the CM Relief Fund helped the actor with some financial assistance recently.

Gundu Hanumantha Rao is 61. He acted in more than 400 films after making his debut with Aha Naa Pellanta. Some of his memorable films include Mayalodu, Rajendrudu Gajendrudu, Top Hero, Subhalagnam, Babai Hotel, etc. He came closer to Telugu audience through the character of Anji in the super hit TV Comedy Serial, Amrutham.
