“Guru is my 3rd Repeat, Hoping for 4th”

Mumtaz Sorcar is not a known name in Telugu Film Industry. But, her surname tells us a lot that she hails from a prestigious family of magicians. She is the daughter of world famous magician PC Sorcar Junior. This lady is pursuing a career different from her father and grandfathers.

Mumtaz Sorcar chose to be an actor rather than a magician. She was seen in ‘Irudhi Sutru’ and also in the Hindi version ‘Saalaa Khadoos’ now being remade with Venkatesh as ‘Guru’. This actress is going to repeat her role in the Telugu remake as well. So, she is really excited for being repeated as it happens very rarely for any actor.

She also hopes that one day she would also feature in the Bangla (Bengali) version of the film because it is her mother tongue. Then, it would become her fourth one. The actress is making visible effort to try to understand Telugu and emote well for her character.
