Guys, this is just the beginning worse ahead!

Although piracy is the first and foremost threat to movie industry in recent times trends show a new threat to the industry. This new threat is from the social media where fans are getting responsible for all negativity.

Consider this in olden days sometimes films used to open with flop talk initially and yet over few weeks the talk used to improve and the film finally ran through word of mouth based on the actual merit of the content generated. Could we imagine a scenario like this today? Most films are written off on the day of the release itself and if its big stars movies they are getting brutally trolled on social media like we are watching recently with Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu films.

The worst part here is in Telugu film industry, the social media it yet to reach ground levels (smaller B,C centers) to become a monster like we see in other industries. If what we are seeing right now is huge trouble, imagine what would happen when its reach increases further? The good films will somehow survive but the mixed one’s would have hard time taking off because based on who stars in that particular film there will be huge negative troll. Is there a way to escape it? At the moment one has to say there is just no way.
