Half a Million, Cake Walk for Taxiwala

Taxiwala is one film written off even before the release due to the full unedited version out and quite a few re-shoots e.t.c. Vijay himself told that the film cannot make it to a blockbuster at the box office due its genre. But looking at the US premiere numbers and the liking of the US audience on Vijay Deverakonda, it should easily pull off a half a million dollars in the US.

Taxiwala premiers grossed $115 K, and Ravi Teja’s Amar Akbar Anthony released just a day before Taxiwala tanked big time with the negative talk all over. With that, AAA collected 17 K so far, heading towards a disastrous run.

Even the next week there is no film to dent the collections of Taxiwala. Only the next film that can slow down Taxiwala is the biggie 2.0 releasing on 29th November. So, whatsoever, half a million looks like a cake walk at this time and it may go up to $750 K in full run. After all that the Taxiwala went through, the film deserves a good race. what say?
