Hansika’s argument sensible?

Knowingly or unknowingly Hansika had touched one of the most controversial subjects in film industry. That is regarding copyrights. Nithin and Hansika’s Seetha Rama Kalyanam is being dubbed in to Tamil as Rowdy Kottai. Tamil Producer Siva Prakasam bought the film rights and is planning release there. Now, Hansika filed a case on him claiming that she signed on for Telugu version and should be paid for all the dubbed versions too.

Hansika’s argument raised the issue of copyrights once again where in artistes are demanding compensation if a movie is remade or dubbed. However, according to the rules right now, Producer holds the proprietorship on the movie’s rights unless specially stated.
