Hanu Raghavpudi’s 400 Crore Gamble On Prabhas?

Prabhas has teamed up with director Hanu Raghavapudi for a film tentatively titled Fauji. It is expected to be produced with a massive budget of Rs 400 crores.

According to the report, the upcoming movie is expected to be one of the highest-budget films in Prabhas’ career, featuring significant production value.

400 cores is too huge of a budget for a director like Hanu Raghavpudi who till now has directed only small and medium budget films. His biggest hit Sita Ramam also collected 98 crores worldwide gross and couldn’t cross the 100 crore mark.

This is a huge challenge and also an opportunity for Hanu Raghavpudi. He has got the biggest pan-India star Prabhas. He has got 400 crores budget. He can give wings to his imagination and visions and come up with an exemplary film that is cinematic as well as a commercial marvel.

To recover the budget of 400 crores the film must collect a minimum of 700-800 crores worldwide gross which is going to be very challenging.

But if Hanu can craft a classic tale of heroism, romance, and patriotism that will connect with the audience then 800 crores gross is not very tough.

If this film hits the bull’s eye then Hanu Raghavpudi would be one of the top directors in the country.

The film is currently shooting in Hyderabad after completing earlier schedules in Madurai.
