Has Temper brought back ‘acting’ debate?

Usually with Telugu films and its heroes it is always the openings and record collections that we talk about. What position the film is going to settle at box office wise and its figures in various areas. We usually aren’t used to talking about acting of lead hero or the scenes that have left a lasting impression and other such details. Has Tarak changed that with Temper?

People all over are now talking about the performance of Jr NTR in the film. He has been getting fabulous comments and responses for his acting in the film. The praise is such that for a moment it has managed to drown the talk about collections and box office for a change. The real question is will this trend continue in future as well.

From Ram Charan to others, we have numerous stars in Telugu cinema. Each one of them has their strengths and weakness but so far it has been all about the box office numbers that they were talked about. Now if one were to talk purely in terms of box office Prabhas, another top star on the block is looking at smashing all records with Baahubali. Which position would the star be bestowed with then?

It therefore becomes important that acting too be brought into the debate when talking about stars. With Temper already initiating the acting talk and fans of other stars feeling the pressure, let’s hope sooner or later they too come up with a performance that does their fans proud.
