Hero Turns Real Hero in COVID Second Wave

The COVID second wave is taking a toll on the country. The health care system is on the verge of a collapse and the Governments are caught completely unprepared for this dangerous wave. At this juncture, citizens are holding each other’s hands and coming to the rescue of others.

A few celebrities are going the extra mile to help the people and are turning Real Heroes in this pandemic. No, we are not talking of Sonu Sood here. Hero Nikhil is the man who has been doing a lot of good work. One look at his Twitter timeline, it is totally filled with messages of helping the patients with medicines, beds, oxygen, and even monetary help at times.

He has been also using his connections in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governments to help the patients with certain requirements. The other day, he raised a complaint with Minister KTR about the loot of a private hospital and got an instant response from the Government. When things are beyond his control, he is using his social media reach to amplify the requests.

The actor has stopped the shooting of two of his films due to the pandemic – 18 Pages and Karthikeya 2. He is completely indoors with his family and is hooked to social media and his phone to help as many people as possible. May this tribe of good samaritans thrive more!
