High Court notices to 203 Websites!

The Delhi High court issued notices to the 300 defendants including 203websites, local Cable TV Operators over the Piracy petition filed by Balaji Motion Pitcures, the producers of India’s first Rom Com entertainer Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3.

The court also directed Department of Telecommunication and Various Internet Service Providers to block those websites. On the other side, Mumbai High courts issued notices to the producers, director and writer of the film in response to the petition filed by Zubher Khan on banning the film release over it semi-nude content and double meaning dialogues.

The Punjab and Haryana High courts also issued notices to the Centre and Censor Board to submit their replies to the petition which seeks for issuing guidelines from the Ministry of Information to Censor Board to ban the obscene scenes in Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 and Mastizaade movies.
