However, the court didn’t buy RGV lawyer’s argument and ordered RGV to hold a special screening for Nilesh Girkar who says that ‘Sarkar 3’ was his script which he submitted to RGV in 2012. RGV came to an agreement that the script writer that he would be given the remuneration when the shooting commences.
So, the High Court ordered to deposit an amount of Rs. 6.2 lakh as compensation for the script writer and the amount would go to Nilesh Girkar only after the final judgement. The director also has to submit a bound copy of the script. Meanwhile, during the special screening, the script writer has to observe if his script was used for ‘Sarkar 3’.
