Well-known actor and director Prabhu Deva was expected to attend a Bollywood event at 8 o’ clock but turned up two hours late and along with the new actor Girish Kumar. He said that he was all ready at 8 to attend but he wasn’t invited and we just had to believe him. The actor who is also a brilliant dancer told media how he got ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ almost three years back when Kumar S Taurani, a producer approached him. The producer wished to launch his son with the movie and said that he should be the one to direct the movie.
The film’s name, which is in Telugu, meant “Ram, will you come” and Girish will play the role of Ram. Prabhu, who is from a southern background and has yet too many hits in the Hindi film industry, said that Hindi is never a problem for him.
