Hitech DL tests in Hyderabad!

Telangana Transport Authorities have come up with hitech driving licence tests so as to over come the problems of impersonation and human intervention in those tests. Currently a sensor based technology tests are being implemented in Kerala. The system will be customized to the requirements of Telangana and will be implemented her to solve the issues hampering road safety.

The current license issuing system is fully flawed as there is huge corruption involved where one can obtain a license even with out taking a test. Over 600 persons apply for driving licence in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts every day.

Earlier the government introduced RFID-based testing system at the Nagole testing track and a few other centres but the system is proving costly to maintain and so is shelved. This new system will first be taken up in Hyderabad and later to the entire state.
