House Arrest Telugu film got released on August 27. The film starred a bunch of children and key comedians Thagubothu Ramesh, Srinivas Reddy, Sapthagiri, and Adhurs Raghu, while Ravi Babu appeared in a cop’s role.

Directed by Karthikeya’s 90 ml fame Yerra Shekar Reddy, the comedy entertainer however, failed to regale the audience and ended up as a dud at the box office.

The film is now all set to stream on OTT giant, Amazon Prime Video. The film will stream next week and the digital platform will be announcing the OTT release date soon. It is worth mentioning it is rare for OTT giant to buy such small films.

Amazon Prime is likely to share the revenue with the producers with the number of views. Despite the film tanked at the box office, makers are hopeful that the film may do well on the digital streaming platform.

Considering that comic films are the latest fad and OTT platforms are popular hubs, the makers are hopeful the film may churn some decent revenues.
