How Samantha Is Convinced To Do Pushpa Item Song?

Samantha has done her maiden item number in Pushpa. The song is the biggest hit among all the songs in the film and is also the most-talked-about. We have seen some people calling her bold and courageous whereas some were seen bashing Samantha.

Whatever it may be, Samantha is in news everywhere. Director Sukumar in an interview revealed how that song actually happened. “It was my idea to bring Samantha into the item song. However, it was difficult to convince Samantha in this matter. She did not agree as soon as I asked,” he said,

“‘Is it necessary now? No,’ she said. I tried convincing her saying ‘you did all kinds of characters … a circle would be complete if you appear in an item number’. I tried to convince her in many ways. Until the last moment, she was skeptical about whether to do it or not,” Sukumar revealed.

The masses are enjoying the song to the fullest. Meanwhile, Samantha is shooting for her next film, Yashoda. She also has another bilingual waiting for her nod to go on floors. The actress also signed her maiden international film which is in the Pre-production stage.
