Hyderabad malls brimming with profits!

The malls segment across the country is on a decline as there is a heavy competition and only the fittest surviving finally. But it is not the case with Hyderabad as most malls are operating at full capacities and more projects are lined up to explore the market.

Despite Hyderabad seeing a surge in number of malls, real estate experts say the the market is still wide open in many areas and local developers are tapping into the demand. Nearly 10 malls are going to sprout in the city in the next couple of years.

Most of the malls until now are confined only to areas like Madhapur, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills etc targeting the IT crowd, the next bunch of malls are coming up at areas like Erramanzil, Rayadurgam, LB Nagar, Secunderabad etc. More International retail brands are very soon coming up at other areas of Hyderabad targeting new consumer segment.
