I breaks long standing Robo record

Director Shankar’s I had come with massive hype and it didn’t live up to it is something that everyone agrees to now. But the box office is a different matter altogether and the numbers speak a different language.

I despite being a disappointment has overtaken the openings of Robo across various South Indian states it was released in. Unfortunately in Telugu and Tamil Nadu states it is not going to beat the final numbers of Robo and will stay at second place but there is one place where it has outdone Robo and in fact triggered a panic in local industry.

I in Kerala has outdone Robo by fair margin and is now the highest grossing Tamil film there. This is just one of the long standing records of Robo that has been finally broken after all these years. The trade continues to wonder when or if anyone can actually outdo it in overall terms or not?
