“I Don’t Want to Become a Joke”-Nag to Director

Rahul Ravindran nailed made his own mark with just one film, Chi La Sow which has also got a trust on him to be an honest storyteller. He joined the new age Filmmaker who is coming with a star like Nagarjuna with another new-age film Manmadhudu 2 for the older hero who is going to be seen dating a much younger girl, Rakul.

Well, speaking about identifying and showing Nagarjuna as an older man openly on-screen, Rahul clarified that it was totally the call of the hero who said before anybody makes fun of him, he needs to be made fun of brutally to make the audience buy what they are attempting in the film though Nag could pull off a Romeo character without a doubt.

Unlike the older generation heroes, Nag isn’t forcing the audience to look at him as if he is still the young star who can and will romance the much younger heroines without sinking with the story. He kept the original flavor of the film and directed Rahul to draw a pretty picture making the concept buyable at this era of new-age film making. Hope Rahul will deliver big this time for he is having a senior star and a right project in hand.
