Sigma starring Sandeep Kishan and Faria Abdullah is directed by Jason Sanjay, son of TN CM Vijay. It marks his debut as a writer-director with Lyca Productions producing the film. Mythri Distributions is releasing it in Telugu States. Recently, the makers unveiled the trailer, which received a positive response from SS Rajamouli.
The team met SS Rajamouli and showed him the trailer. The director complimented the team. He said, “The trailer is cut perfectly and the first impression is that the movie is a fun ride. From the trailer, I am able to understand that it is a heist drama with loads of Gen Z action and towards climax it has a great emotion that will touch audiences.”
He further said, “Jason Sanjay is impressive as a director. I can’t say about the story from trailer only but his filmmaking is good. The visuals are superb. I will watch the film in theatres and I request you all too. Sandeep Kishan looked tailor made for this role and I know how good a performer he is. Sigma will be a complete fun ride.”
Following SS Rajamouli’s comments, the makers expressed their happiness. The movie is releasing on 2nd October and the team is looking forward to Jason Sanjay’s debut, with Sandeep Kishan in the lead role.
