IT Raids Concluded At Mythri Movie Makers

The Income Tax department raids on the offices of Mythri Movie Makers were concluded last night. The raids went on for six days amid rumors that the company is involved in money laundering and book tampering.

There are also rumors that two MLAs have diverted their ill-gotten wealth to Mythri.

We have seen a Janasena leader complaining to the department about Balineni Srinivas Reddy and Talasani Srinivas Yadav about the same.

The department did not make any official announcement regarding the raids or the findings giving rise to more rumors.

The raids happening for six days added fuel to the speculations.

Raids also concluded at the offices of Sukumar who is directing Pushpa 2 for Mythri and a partner in some production ventures of the production house.

“We are clear as the company has a clean record of IT, TDS, GST, and everything in time. There are no big issues found in this raid,” sources close to the company said.

We will have to see if the department makes any announcement regarding the findings of the raid. Only then, we will get an idea about what happened.
