India Today Survey: CBN 3rd Best CM in India

Respondents in a survey conducted by India Today Magazine and Cicero had adjudged Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu as the third Best Chief Minister in the country. 6% of the survey sample voted in favour of Chandrababu while 55% of AP’s Survey Sample adjudged him as the Best CM. Arvind Kejirwal (16%) and Akhilesh Yadav (8%) are ahead of Naidu in the poll.

When the home state samples are alone considered, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has topped the list with 69% voting in his favour. Arvind Kejriwal and Chandrababu Naidu got the positive response from 55 per cent respondents each in their home states of Delhi and Andhra Pradesh respectively.

The survey also revealed that BJP is likely to lose 27 seats if the Lok Sabha polls are held now and is likely to get 255 seats (282 seats in 2014). The Congress is likely to gain 9 more seats than the 2014 Lok Sabha polls registered a jump from 44 to 53 seats.
