Indian Origin couple shot dead in America

Latest in news is that in the state of North Carolina in United States of America, an elderly couple of the Indian origin was shot dead on Saturday morning. The husband and wife named Kantibhai Patel and Hansaben Patel who were 72 and 67 respectively worked and lived at Best Western Point South for the last 10 years.

The silver lining is that mere hours after the incident, a twenty year old Yemassee, South Carolina man named Joshua Poacher, was arrested in connection with the murders. The shriff’s office has reported that the man was arrested without incident from a hotel in Ridgeland, S.C. and has been charged with two counts of murder.

According to Sheriff Greg Jenkins, Poacher was tracked through his attempted used of stolen credit cards as well as video surveillance footage and tips.
