Interest down slide on Laddu auctions!

On the day of Ganesh Nimajjanam, its all about the immersion and Laddu auctions. Laddus offered to the Lord are auctioned and they usually fetch very high amounts.

However the interest on these auctions is slowly waning as the real estate is struggling. Most of the buyers of these Laddus are Realtors and they resort to sentiment by buying these auspicious Laddus.

However since last year their participation is very less and this year may not be any different. Usually Balapur Laddu fetch over 10 Lakhs while the giant Laddu of Khairathabad is distributed for free.
