Is It Really Worth the Hype on Actress?

Telugu media, especially, the web media has been giving a lot of importance to the winking sensation, Priya Prakash Varrier since she came to Hyderabad for the music launch event of the Telugu dubbed version of her Malayalam movie that will be releasing on 14th February simultaneously along with the original in Malayalam.

Actually, it was stylish star Allu Arjun‘s presence at the music event that helped the dubbed movie’s promotions in Telugu. But, the media is creating unnecessary hype on the actress as if opportunities are waiting for her and once the dubbed movie is out in the theatres, her kitty will be filled with offers in Tollywood. In reality, there is no such craze surrounding the actress’ debut in Telugu.

Only when she gets a straight movie in Telugu and that too, if she gets a chance with a star hero, the wink girl might get some scope to survive here. Meanwhile, we have to wait and see how her Telugu debut, a dubbed movie ‘Lovers Day’ will fare at the box-office.
