Rashmi is very successful on the small screen but never clicked as much on the big screen. In fact, she always had to rely on her skin show to shine in the films. According to Rashmi, it is a personal choice for one to climb the ladder faster but nobody is going to force one into it. “Nobody is going to rape you, you just say a no. If you don’t want to do it, you don’t do it.” the actress plus anchor says. This is the point that was common in most of the celebrities who spoke on the issue that casting couch is always consensual.

Even if the aspiring women agreed on not obeying to such sexual obligations or not to do any “maska polish” for the favors in the industry, there would be such girls who would want to use the ladder and one can’t help it. Oh well, who wouldn’t want to use a ladder to grow faster? but there are always the nasty snakes at the end to demolish and one forgets that.
