Six-pack Hero for Telugu Blockbuster Remake

National Award-winning Telugu film ‘Pelli Choopulu’ is being remade in Hindi with some changes in the script to suit the tastes of the Bollywood audiences. Six-pack hero Jackky Bhagnani is going to reprise the role done by Vijay Devarakonda in the original.

TV actress Kritika Kamra will be seen playing the role essayed by Ritu Varma in the Telugu movie. The Hindi movie is being set in Gujarat and hence, changes are done to suit the sensibilities of Gujarat ambiance. In the original, the hero nailed his performance using natural Telangana dialect.

The shooting of the remake has begun in Ahmedabad. Jackky Bhagnani did several movies in Bollywood. But, none of them could score a super hit status. Being the son of famous producer Vasu Bhagnanai, the actor has got smooth access into the film industry. He is waiting for a role that would give him a big break. Hope, ‘Pelli Choopulu’ gives him the much-required luck.
