Janatha Garage Hits Promotion Jackpot

Yes, yes, it’s a good cause and what if it’s being used for promotional purposes? We get that but the point here is simply how director Koratala Siva has hit another promotional jackpot for his new film.

Today writer Ramajogayya Shastry hit upon an idea of planting tree samples as it goes with the theme of the film. Immediately fans jumped in and have been since flooding his timeline with pics of plant sampling. It has been termed Janatha Garage Challenge. It’s a good cause and must be appreciated but this initiative has been going on for some time now, remember Haritha Haram from Telangana government and Neeru Chettu from AP?

Not only other star hero fans have been doing similar activities for over a year or more now. It’s not a knock on fans of Janatha Garage, they could very well have been part of those earlier initiatives. It’s just that after ‘village adoption’ for Srimanthudu, one only wishes this Go Green initiative isn’t lost once the film is out of public memory. As of now, it’s all a revolution of sorts till Janatha hits screens, we guess.
