We often talk about who is the number one hero in Telugu Film Industry and the names that get discussed are that of Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu, the recent years. One has to remember here when we talk about number one overall collections of the movies are taken into account based on the talk. But, what about the openings, who are the real toppers in this regards?

Just like the number one spot, there is a two hero race as far as King Of Openings tag goes. The heroes are Pawan Kalyan, again, and Jr NTR. It is these two stars who have been consistently giving top openings irrespective of the fate of films. Openings of films like Puli, Teenmaar, Panja, Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu and Sardaar Gabbar Singh for Pawan Kalyan is a testament to this fact.

Similar films like Oosaravelli, Dhammu, Ramayya Vasthavayya, Temper, and Nannaku Prematho etc show the opening power of Jr NTR irrespective of the talk of the film. Now with Janatha Garage he is again looking to live up to the King Of Openings title. The trade is expecting the film to open above 20 Cr which would be phenomenal by any means. To know the actual numbers we have to wait for the release and the talk the film eventually gets.
