Jiah Suicide: Court rejects Autopsy video request

Jiah Khan’s death was a tragic event and ever since her death, her mother has constantly asserted that Jiah’s death was not a suicide but a homicide despite it being claimed as suicide. It has been six months since the day Jiah had been found hanging from the ceiling fan in her apartment and her mother Rabia feels confident that she had been murdered. As such, she has gone above and beyond to find out the truth about Jiah’s case.

Latest in line of Rabia’s attempts is an application seeking the video of Jiah’s autopsy along with the toxicology report. However, the court has rejected her application, a fact that has been confirmed by Rabia’s lawyer, Dinesh Tiwari. Tiwari has said that their request has indeed been rejected but they are not giving up and will move to higher courts.
