Kabali is a ‘Clean’ Film – How?

‘Kabali’s ‘U’ rating by the Censor Board has become the talk of the town after the film’s release as many questions are arising for the rating and the tax exemption. Does ‘Kabali’ deserve to be called as clean?

Those who watched the movie were surprised for two things. First, the director couldn’t utilize the superstar in proper way and exploit him in the commercial angle. The second one being the rating of the film from Censor Board which got the film tax exemption.

How did the film get an ‘U’ where there is a lot of violence in the movie? As this is a gangster movie one can expect a lot of violence and hence not an ‘U’ for sure. This ‘U’ is beneficial to the makers as they don’t have to pay that 30% as tax to the government. Is the film really clean to get an U?
