Kapatadhaari Theme Trailer: Promising Stuff from Sumanth

Akkineni family hero Sumanth is trying different things these days in a bid to attract all classes of the audience. His next is Kavuludhaari, the official remake of Kannada Blockbuster, Kavuludhaari. Ahead of the film’s release on 19th of this month, the makers released the theme trailer of Kapatadhaari.

Kapatadhaari is the story of a young man (Sumanth) who works in traffic department while his heart is always in the crime department. He stumbles upon a mysterious murder case and wants to investigate it even though it does not come under his purview. However, he finds no help from anyone including his own department.

The plot and the key characters look similar to Kavuludhaari and the visuals in the trailer looks intriguing. The background score and the song that is comes in the trailer creates the urgency that is needed for a thriller. Sumanth, in an interview, mentioned about making some changes to the original that spices up things even for those who watched the original.

Sumanth looks apt in the role of a Police. Kapatadhaari trailer looks promising and if the movie is gripping as the original, Sumanth may find a winner. Pradeep Krishnamoorthy who has helmed Saithan starring Vijay Antony is directing the film.
