Karthikeya 2’s Official OTT Release Date Is Here

Karthikeya 2 turned out to be a surprisingly big hit at the box office as it reportedly grossed well over Rs 100 crores, as announced by the makers. The film has now finally sealed its OTT release date.

As per the latest update, Karthikeya 2 will be made available for streaming on ZEE5 from the 5th of October.

This would mean that the film is making its OTT debut a good 6 weeks post its theatrical release date, which can be regarded as a slightly delayed release period, given the current standards.

Karthikeya 2 is a mystery thriller with a mythological backdrop. The Lord Krishna angle helped the film click well in the Hindi belt and it could post good revenues there.

The film is now headed for its OTT premieres and we should wait and see if it can strike a chord with the OTT audience as well. It is known that the film has Nikhil and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead roles and is directed by Chandoo Mondeti.
