Remember the film Kathth starring Tamil star Vijay? Yes, is the same film which was the original of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film Khaidi No 150.

Now, if we go back in time, the AR Murugadoss directorial was all set to have a simultaneous release in Telugu along with Tamil. Even the audio of the film was out, and its posters were everywhere. In the last minute, however, it didn’t release. Pretty soon numerous updates about its release came, and remake buzz followed it. While initially they were condemned, we all know what happened eventually.

Doesn’t that above-mention scenario look eerily familiar? The same thing is repeating with Mersal dub Adirindi in Telugu, and now the remake buzz too has begun. We have to see if Mersal also goes the Kaththi way or it finds a way to theaters somehow.
