Kaththi to be remade in Telugu?

Kaththi starring Tamil star Vijay which released yesterday worldwide, will this film be remade in Telugu? That is what one has been hearing from early morning today and is this remake idea is reason why the film didn’t get in first place say sources.

Getting into details, Kaththi is the new film in the combination of Vijay and Murugadoss who delivered blockbuster Thuppakki earlier. However the film couldn’t create any impact at the box office in Telugu. At that time many felt that instead of dubbing the film and releasing it had it been remade it would have been a massive box office success in Telugu as well. Keeping this in mind, the Telugu release of the film has been postponed. Now that film has opened very well critically and at ticket counter, talks about a remake instead of dubbed release is doing the rounds.
