Khakee and Gruham Winners

For the second weekend in a row, the Tamil dubbed films Khakee, and Gruham, have emerged as winners at the box office. It was expected as new releases failed to take-off.

The most surprising was the lack of pick up for Mental Madhilo. It had a good backing, and even the casting and promos were decent. However, throughout the course of the weekend, it never saw any big spike and remained flat.

Khakee and Gruham are most likely to break even if they haven’t already. Among the two the Karthi starrer was easily the more dominant. Decent numbers are predicted for the third weekend also.
