KOK Is My Style Of Gangster Drama: Dulquer

Dulquer Salmaan’s gangster action thriller King Of Kotha will have a Pan India release tomorrow. Abhilash Joshiy makes his directorial debut with the movie produced by Dulquer himself in association with Zee Studios.

Dulquer Salmaan reveals the reason behind naming the movie King Of Kotha. “Kotha means town in Malayalam. It’s a fictional town. But the word Kotha means new in Telugu. That’s why we gave a different pronunciation for the dubbing in Telugu.”

King Of Kotha is the maiden gangster movie for Dulquer Salmaan. “I didn’t do Gangster films earlier. It is the biggest movie in terms of scale. It will have all the commercial ingredients such as songs, action, drama, thrills etc. King Of Kotha is my style of gangster drama. The story takes place in two different time periods.”

Dulquer is hopeful of the movie to impress all sections of audiences.
