Having hand in both writing and direction, Koratala responded to the ongoing Freemake controversy in the Tollywood, he said, “I strongly condemn it. If you like a script of a hit film, you can always buy it from the others. Keeping the legal action aside, it is completely unethical to do this. Movie making is a creative job and it’s only fair that original scripts are written instead of indulging in creative theft.
