Senior Journalist and ABN-Andhra Jyothy CEO, Vemuri Radha Krishna just pulled out a superb shot. He brought in the man of hour Lagadapati Raja Gopal for a Open Heart program and touched several topics revolving in minds of Telugu people. One interesting topic is Vijayamma’s prospects in Vishakapatnam. Lagadapati did not answer this question straight but hinted that she could well lose there.
He also added that Sharmila met him in a flight few days before the election nominations and expressed her interest in contesting for Vishakapatnam or Malkajgiri Parliament. But Lagadapati warned her not to try those two since they are urban dominated areas and they could well lose. He advised instead to try Anakapalli, Ongole or Nellore where rural population is more.
The former Vijayawada MP categorically said that Telugu Desam Party will be winning in Seema Andhra region comfortably and forming the government on its own. He said that Urban population is in favour of the party and the influence of Urban areas is well on rural segments as well. He also added that Modi mania and Pawan Kalyan’s campaign also helped TDP in the elections.
