Lahari Hints at Record Amount Paid for Baahubali 2 Audio

We know it is going to be nothing less than the tempest coming down this Summer. We are talking about the craze around ‘Baahubali 2‘ and how the film is all set to bag big records one after the other. Maybe, the first record is already set.

The audio rights of Rajamouli’s magnum opus are said to be sold out to Lahari Recording Company (LRC) for a record amount of Rs. 4.50 crores. That indeed is a huge sum. It is the never paid kind of sum by the music company in the last 37 years.

That means ‘Baahubali 2’ was paid the highest sum for acquiring the music rights of both Telugu and Tamil versions of the movie. LRC is also expecting to bag the distribution rights of the epic movie in Karnataka. They are confident that the Telugu version of the movie is enough to get back their investment. As of now, there are no talks on the Kannada dubbed version.
