Lava Mobiles coming to Tirupati

Andhra Pradesh is on its way to become India’s mobile manufacturing hub. The state already got Karbon, Celkon and Micromax to Chittoor district and now Lava Mobiles is also on its way. The company is seeking 20-25 acres of land near Renigunta airport.

A team of the company will be coming to Tirupati today to see the proposed land and finalize the deal. If every thing goes as per plan, the company will sign an MOU with the state government in the next week itself.

In the first phase, the company is planning an investment of 50 Crore which will create a direct and indirect employment for 2000 people. The state government is also in talks with Intex mobiles to establish its manufacturing unit here.
