Youtuber Harsha Sai has been making it to the headlines for the last few weeks as a woman filed a case against him at the Narsingi Police Station, alleging that he sexually assaulted her while fighting for the copyrights of the film Mega.
The complainant stated that Harsha Sai promised to marry her and cheated her by taking Rs. 2 crore. She also filed a complaint against Harsha Sai’s father.
The police have registered a case against Harsha Sai and started the investigation. However, Harsha Sai has been absconding since the day the case was filed against him.
Later, Harsha Sai’s father approached the High Court seeking anticipatory bail. After reviewing the case, the court questioned why he had filed for bail when Harsha Sai had not even been named as an accused. The court instructed him to seek anticipatory bail only if and when Harsha Sai’s name is officially listed as an accused.
In the latest development, the Narsingi police have issued lookout notices on Harsha Sai. The victim complained to the police recently alleging that Harsha Sai is trying to flee away. Thus, the police have issued lookout notices on him.
