#M9INSIDE: Why Bunny Vas Floated A New Banner?

Producer Bunny Vas who has been the main pillar of Geetha Arts and GA2 Pictures Banners has started his own Banner, BV Works.

For a long time, there were rumors that all is not well between Bunny Vas and Allu Aravind. They say the issues started after Allu Aravind brought his relative, Vidya Koppineedi into the company.

Leaving that aside, Bunny Vas is reportedly not happy with the delays in the decision-making in Geetha Arts Compound.

Whenever a director comes, there is too many layers resulting in the delay. Hence young directors are moving away to other compounds.

Also, Geetha Arts is still lagging behind in giving big advances to directors when compared to Mythri and Sithara.

DJ Tillu is one such film lost because of the delay in decision making. However, we are told that Bunny Vas informed and took the consent of Allu Aravind before starting the Banner.

However many think this maybe the start of Bunny Vas moving away from the Production House.

The first film under BV Works will have Priyadarshi playing the main lead. The movie is titled ‘Mithra Brundham‘ and will be a comedy entertainer.

It will be a directed by a newcomer, Vijayendar. Bhanu Pratapa who is a part of the production of Thandel, AAY, Kotabommali, and Single is also one of the producers. Vyra Entertainment, the makers of Nani‘s Hi Nanna is also a co-producer.
