Maestro And Tuck Jagadish Sort Out OTT Release Date Issues!

Nithin’s Maestro is already announced for a Direct-to-OTT release on Disney + Hotstar on September 9th. There were reports that Tuck Jagadish will arrive on Amazon Prime Video the very next day (September 10th) making it the first-ever clash on the OTT space.

However, it is reliably learned that the clash has been averted. Rumors are that Maestro has decided to make way for Tuck Jagadish and the latter will release on September 10th. The official announcement regarding Tuck Jagadish OTT Premiere will be out tomorrow.

Sources say that Maestro has been postponed to the third week of September. Disney + Hotstar may announce a new release date later. OTT Platforms invest huge money in acquiring the rights of the Direct-To-OTT Releases and it makes no sense to clash with each other and lose the initial traction.

Once the audience is divided, the threat of piracy will also increase. So, the decision to avoiding a clash will be sane. Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya’s Love Story which has been announced for September 10th is postponed. The makers are looking at the September 17th release. But with Maestro arriving around the same date, the makers are likely to be in two minds once again.
