Showstopper Mahesh Babu proves once again why he’s the the boss of box-office. With his latest release Aagadu, he has beaten his archenemy Pawan Kalyan in the numbers game. According to early reports, Aagadu has beaten Attarintiki Daaredhi from the premier shows in US.
According to trade pundits, Aagadu has registered a whopping $501K from its shows on Thursday in US, beating Pawan’s film by a margin of $155K. According to the sources, numbers from 20 more theaters are yet to come in. Going by the opening numbers, Aagadu is set to create new records in the overseas. Meanwhile, the film has received mixed response from its first day shows in India. While the critics seemed to have criticized it, as usual, Mahesh’s fans have lapped it up.
Let’s wait and find out if Aagadu can break old records and set new ones in the country. The opening weekend numbers are extremely important for the film to sustain at the box-office.
