Mahesh Babu Buys Plot Worth Rs 26 Cr In Jubilee Hills

Superstar Mahesh Babu has made an expensive investment. The actor reportedly bought a plot worth Rs 26 crore at a plush locality in Jubilee Hills. The said plot is of 1,442 sq yards based in an upscale area.

Going into the details, the said deal took place on November 21, 2021 and Mahesh Babu reportedly paid Rs 1.43 crore for stamp duty and Rs 39 lakh for transfer duty. The plot was owned by one Yerram Vikranth Reddy who has now sold it to Mahesh Babu.

As the locality is resided mainly by prominent people and film personalities, the price commands are huge in the area. It is believed that for per sq yard the price in the Jubilee Hills command between Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs. 2 lakh.

On the work front, Mahesh Babu is busy with Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The makers have shot at foreign locales like Spain before coming back to the country. Starring Keerthy Suresh, the film is directed by Parasuram Petla. SVP is now slated for April release, 2022. Post this the actor has a commitment with Trivikram Srinivas and Rajamouli.
