Mahesh Babu called the movie, “Bold, raw, intense, original and brilliant”, adding that it is a path-breaking movie. Vijay Devarakonda received huge praise from Mahesh who said that it is the performance of a lifetime, terrific would be an understatement.

Mahesh placed the director, Sandeep Reddy on the altar calling his writing and direction as top-notch. Besides the hero and the director, Mahesh mentioned the heroine Shalini and other artists who worked in the movie.
