Mahesh’s Devil Rejection, Not a Good Idea?

Mahesh Babu, being the A-line star hero of Tollywood has bored his fans high time with his monotonous work lately and after even Maharshi turned nothing much newer than his last couple of films, fans have been expecting something good and fresh to happen with his next, Sarileru Neekevvaru with the comedy master Anil Ravipudi. And meanwhile, fans are not that happy with his rejection of Arjun Reddy director’s film titled “Devil“.

Mahesh is not new to flops, in fact, he delivered few duds recently but if this combo of him with Sandeep Vanga was agreed and had gone to the sets, it would have excited fans like never before, irrespective of the result. The hero rejected it for the role being too dark for his taste and now it has gone to Bollywood with Ranbir Kapoor said yes to the Tollywood director.

Of course, we would only know why Mahesh rejected Vanga after the release, but for now, it’s disappointing news for his fans.

A film with Anil Ravipudi is expected to bring out some fresh comic energy out of the star, but a film with Arjun Reddy director would have been a most awaited film to look forward to. We need to wait and see if Mahesh’s made the right decision by rejecting the “Devil”.
