Real Estates Segment in Amaravati had pinned high hopes on the administration shift planned in June to fill their pockets. The realtors in Krishna and Guntur districts have put in all their money on land and construction hoping that they will make big money once the demand increases after the administration shift.

The companies are now roping in Tollywood Stars to project their ventures. Recently Rama Krishna ventures roped in Mahesh Babu to endorse their sky-scrapper Gated community project, Venuzia. Even an Ad film was also shot on the actor and is being telecast now. Following Rama Krishna Ventures, many other real estate companies are busy in engaging Tollywood Stars to endorse their projects.

The Realtors in the area are running out of cash due to this big investments. Several of them burnt all their money on land and looking at buyers to fund the constructions. If the sales activity gets speeded up, then only they would come out of financial crunch and start new ventures.
