Mahesh’s Dad, Yes, I’m not Tarak’s Dad

Jagapathi Babu is doing back to back character roles in big films. After the clarity of his role in Mahesh’s ‘Srimanthudu’, audiences are now seriously wondering about the role he is playing in Tarak’s movie with Sukumar. Going by the initial title ‘Nannaku Premato’ that did rounds for Tarak’s movie, it’s natural to expect Jagapathi doing the father’s role.

Jagapathi clears the airs and says, ‘I’m not Tarak’s Dad’. Then what is his role in the movie? He is playing the heroine’s father who is also the anti-hero character in the film. That means he is playing the villain in NTR-Sukumar movie. This revelation sounds interesting.

Jagapathi’s powerful villain character in ‘Legend’ is totally negative unlike the villain he played in ‘Pilla Nuvvuleni Jeevitham’. So the expectations on NTR’s movie have changed because a powerful villain like Jagapathi only means that hero characterization would be even more powerful.

One can go back to Jagapathi Babu’s musings on Tarak’s ‘Temper’ and how he thought his presence in the movie in the role of Posani Krishna Murali would have elevated the movie and earned more crores. Now, JB is here in Tarak’s movie and needless to say the expectations would be higher.
