Majili BO – From Super Hit To Blockbuster

The Naga Chaitanya and Samantha starrer, Majili is proving to be a real success at the box office. In four days itself, the film has breakeven to most of the buyers. And looking at the momentum it is for sure going to get them huge profits.

Majili directed by Shiva Nirvana of Ninnu Kori fame opened with good critical acclaim and positive word of mouth. The Ugadi festival helped hugely in the opening weekend taking the movie close to breakeven in the opening weekend itself. In its five days, Majili has crossed 22 Cr (share) worldwide. Needless to say, it is going to be the first solo 30 Cr club movie for Naga Chaitanya.

In the US too, Majili has found acceptance among the fans. It is running well and has collected more than $600 K already. The second-weekend performance would be crucial to determining whether the movie would go past million or not.
