Makers admit to copying even before release

How often have we heard of a film being copied or inspired, that would be most of the times with the very recent example being the blockbuster Bajarangi Bhaijaan. Important thing to note in these many times is we would know the film to be copied or inspired only after the release.

But now we have an exception. There is a new film that is going to release soon in Tamil where the makers have revealed that the film is actually inspired by a very old English film. It could be a case of the “inspirations” being too obvious to ignore and the makers having no choice but to admit. Still to do it before is noteworthy.

In the past we have had instances where despite showing full proofs to the original source, many makers denying it till the end. Amidst such happenstance this is surely a good gesture by the makers of Naalu Policesum Nalla Iruntha Oorum.
